In case of large no. of data plotting tooltip is not showing when move the mouse over the points.

Demo Project to reproduce the bug

Hi,

I'm attaching the complete Demo project (SagiTeeChart.rar).

Please unzip it using WinRAR. Then upon running it, it will be seen that the tooltip does not show the coordinates of the point being pointed to. In very few cases, it does show the coordinates. But disappears very soon (in about 2-3 seconds).

Kindly have a look at the problem, and provide us a fix for it.
