Polar labels are displayed as black rectangles

In a TeeChart with a TRadarSeries, by default the external Ticks of the bottom axis are visible.
If you hide such external ticks, the polar labels are displayed as black rectangles.
To reproduce the problem, in the property editor go to Chart/Axes/Bottom Axis/Axis/Ticks/External/Format and set visible to false

The problem doesn't appear using TeeChart Pro VCL/FMX 2017.23
