See the project attached, it does something similar to the video from the customer:

Click some of the "other components" and scroll the chart with the right mouse button.
You'll see some of the components disappearing. They reappear when you move the mouse over them.

Reproduced with RAD 10.1 Berlin and TeeChart v2016.18.

It works fine in VCL.

Broken since XE8:

- Not reproducible with RAD XE7.
- Reproduced RAD XE8, RAD 10 Seattle and RAD 10.1 Berlin.

Broken since TeeChart v2016.18:

- Not reproducible with v2015.16 and v2015.15 in RAD XE8.
- Reproduced with v2016.18 in RAD XE8.
