Hello,

Please follow the steps below with VS2010 or VS2012 to reproduce a problem.

1. Creates a new project.
2. Opens Chart Editor and add a Darvas series from TeeChart Gallery.
3. Closes Chart Editor.
4. Closes Form1. (Don't close the project.)
5. Opens Form1.

Some errors occur (see the attached image).
They say...
Error 1. Object reference isn't set to object instance.
Error 2. Variable 'darvas1' isn't either decleared or assigned.
Error 3. Declearation of Member 'darvas1'is duplicated.

This issue seems to occur with VS2010 and later versions.

Yes, the bug appears for all Visual Studios versions.
