The cursorTool, doesn’t snap cursor to series. The code below shows the problem:
private void initializeChart()
{
    tChart1.getAspect().setView3D(false);
   // Create a new series of data:
    Series series1 = new Points( tChart1.getChart() ); // Bar,Area,Line etc

    series1.fillSampleValues(10);
    CursorTool cursorToolh = new CursorTool(tChart1.getChart());
    cursorToolh.setActive(true);
    cursorToolh.setFollowMouse(true);
    cursorToolh.setStyle(CursorToolStyle.HORIZONTAL);
    cursorToolh.getPen().setStyle(DashStyle.SOLID);
    cursorToolh.setSnap(true);
    tChart1.refreshControl();
}
