Issue3. ColorGrid series:
* This only occurs when the language is set to Japanese. It doesn't occur with English.

1. Creates a new project and places a TChart compornent on a form.
2. Opens Chart Editor and adds a ColorGrid series from the 3D tab.
At this point, the ColorGrid series is displayed in the default series color (blue).
3. If navigating to other tabs, it changes to palette color.
4. If changing the color to Range and going to the Series tab, it's back to Palette
