Issue1. Map series:
1. Creates a new project and places a TChart compornent on a form.
2. Opens Chart Editor and adds a Map series either from the Extended or Map tab.
3. Deletes the added Map series by clicking the Delete button.

It's deleted from Chart Editor, but remains in the component tray. If I try to delete it from the component tray, I keep getting an error endlessly that says...
Type 'System.ComponentModel.Component' of assembly 'System, Version=xxxx, Culture=newtral, PublickKeyToken=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' isn't set as serializable.
