KnobGauge seires is resized when the Marks is shown. To reproduce the problem please follow the steps below: 

1. Place a TChart component on a form.
2. Adds a KnobGauge series from Chart Editor.
3. Marks the Visible checkbox by going to the Series -> Marks -> Styles tab.
