I encountered the same issue as reported in Bug ID 753.  The status shows as Resolved, but I don't know if it is released.  Can you tell me what release it is fixed in?

Hello Kent,

I would like suggest you check the latest TeeChart Pro VCL/FMX, build 2015.16.150901. The problem isn't occurred in this version.
