There's a demo about Isometric axes that changes the axes scales to achieve it.

A customer on the support forums wants another approach: resize the chart to achieve the isometric axes. He attached a demo here:

Both approaches could be handled internally, giving access to a property like ie:
Chart1.IsoAxes:=iaNone; //iaNone, iaRescale, iaResize
