Create a TChart, add a TGanttSeries (no need to be populated) and put this on the application dpr:

begin
  ReportMemoryLeaksOnShutdown:=true
  //...
end;

Run the application and close it.
The following memory leak is reported:

29 - 36 bytes: Unknown x 3
37 - 44 bytes: TTeeBrush x 1
53 - 60 bytes: TWhitePen x 1, TTeePen x 1
109 - 116 bytes: TMarksCallout x 1

Fixed memory leak, also improved display of Series1.Callout properties and added a new tab at Gantt series editor dialog to customize Callout properties.
