We checked this with TeeChart ActiveX v2014 (v2014.0.0.3.150203).

Please see the attached Confirm dialog_v2014.0.0.3.150203.png.
This dialog is displayed by adding a series from Chart Editor, going to the Series -> Datasource tab, selecting DataSet, setting data and then trying to go to another tab. 

The buttons and caption in the dialog are in English.

This was first reported on March 26, 2012 (http://www.teechart.net/directline/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=666#p3088), but it occurs the latest version.

Since the TeeChart ActiveX Unicode version, these Editor dialogs are taken directly from the base IDE classes, that makes a difficult task in the case we want to translate them.
At the moment, we don't have plans to translate them.
