1. Start TeeChartOffice
2. Change Serie to Pie
3. Turn Off 3 Dimension
4. Set Renderer to GDI (not GDI+)
5. Switch Series Data Source to Manual
6. Set first value to 100000
7. Set second value to 100000
8. Set Third value to 1

The pie is filled with the third color (red)!

Turning 3 Dimensions On or switch Renderer to GDI+ to see how the pie should look like!

Also, the problem occurs using a simple Delphi project. Maybe it is related with bugs http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1023 and http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=935
