The chart is 3d barchart
when the mouse is over a bar the bar is outlined in red.
I see several places where the Selected and hover colors can be set but the values set do not appear to be saved in the .DFM file so the hover color always displays red.
If I set the colors to something other than red then look at the dfm as text I see no settings for the color and when I view it again as a form it has revered to red and if I look at it again as text still nothing.
the same thing happens with selected and hover border visible.

Is there some way to change the 3d chart hover color?
If I need to manually set the color in the dfm as text I can but would rather it could be done with the designer.
