Legend Scroll Bar editor throws an InvalitCastException when you try show it in the Editor. To reproduce the problem use the attached project and follow next steps: 
-	Run the project
-	Click in ShowEditor button
-	Go to Tools tab, the exception appears. 

Notice the exception is produced in the RotateEditor class
