Our software products are basically delivered by web download. After the transaction is completed, we will e-mail download instructions for the product you purchased within one business day of placing the order. You will receive your Customer number, License number and Password keys within one working day at most.
Our sales staff works Monday through Friday from 9:00h to 17:00h (CET) all year round, except on the public holidays established for this year.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Prices exclude VAT rate. Product prices are fixed in US dollars and €uro prices shown are an approximate value subject to the daily exchange rate. Payments are to be wired to Steema in US dollars or €uro. Credit cards used to be billed in €uro at the exchange rate in effect at the time of order. A slightly price variation may occur due to this currency conversion.
Steema accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express) and by bank transfer. Usually it takes around 3-5 business days for the wire transfer payment to reach us. Once we receive payment, we will send you the notification with download information. If you do not receive the notification within 5 business days, please email us at sales@steema.com
If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not entirely satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, notify us and we’ll authorize a return and refund your money. After such period, Steema Software will not be responsible of any money back. We ask for a signed Letter of Destruction stating that you have removed the software from all systems immediately and destroy any copies. Once we have received this statement please allow a couple of days for processing.
You can purchase Steema products directly from Steema website using our secure ordering system or through our resellers. For special ordering questions, please contact us by email at sales@steema.com.
We offer special 50% discount for Academic & Non-profit Organizations (Non-Government Agencies), provided that the purchase is made directly from Steema. Educational licenses must not be used for commercial purposes and are limited to academic use only. Please contact sales@steema.com and include your institution credentials.

No. These versions cannot be upgraded to Steema's TeeChart. Users are required to buy a developer license at the current single-license price.
Steema .NET Nuget packages use a license file to activate the evaluation version, removing the watermark.

Yes. You can activate the Steema license manually via the Activation Form if your computer cannot access the Steema activation process over the internet.

Steema license model is based on a per developer; any developer coding with our products requires a Developer License.
Steema license is intended to permit installation on two computers per Developer license (ie. a desktop and a backup machine).
Steema license is perpetual and it's being sold on a subscription basis.
The subscription is initially valid for a 12 month period and entitles to obtain any product version that is being published during subscription period and access to technical support forums.
Once the subscription has expired you can choose to renew your subscription to retain access to support and new releases. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the software as long as you require, but will not receive the additional benefits of the subscription service.

You can transfer all the SOFTWARE (including all component parts) under the understanding that the transferee agrees to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. In this case, we require you to provide us with written notification of the license transfer including contact details of the transferee.

For the TeeChart Pro source code, you first need to contact us explaining which code you need to add to your projects. We can then allow you to use it together with a Copyright message.
Yes it is. But it lacks all of the more powerful features found in TeeChart Pro. TeeChart Pro also includes (optional) 100% SourceCode.
